dear diary

06/04/08 im so excited to go on holidays! although it is supposed to be extremely wet, i like the rain alot. only sometimes, depending on the event and situation.
sometimes a storm can be scary if you're outside, but when you're at home and cozied up, the rain is one of my FAVOURITE things. especially when your sleeping
i went camping a few weeks ago at a farm with my family. i wish it was sunny THEN. the one time i wish it was hot. it was so gloomy and rainy for the first two
days, which was very annoying because i was sleeping out in a field and water leaked into my tent and matress. ALSO, my socks, feet and jeans got soaked.
when i was walking to a river with my little cousin and older cousins, it started pouring out of nowhere. we were half way to the river, so there was nowhere to go for
shelter. we started running, but we couldnt run fast since we had a toddler with us. we were trying to convince her to let us pick her up, but she kept saying no, then she
SLIPPED IN THE MUD LOL. mud all over her legs, arms and clothes. when we finally got back to the campsite, everyone was trying to get cozy in their tents, meanwhile WE were soaked
and covered in grass, mud and water. it was so funny though. i went to sit in my car after, since it was dry and hot, and read a book while playing music from my phone.
